Personal data - data relating to an identified individual or an identifiable individual that can be identified directly or indirectly. The data subject is any individual whose personal data are processed.
The personal data of the concerned person are processed by authorized employees of the Operator, who are bound by confidentiality and have been trained in the field of personal data protection. In some cases, personal information is provided to our contractual partners in the areas of accounting, administrative activities and website administration. At the request of the concerned person, the Operator shall provide data on which intermediaries are involved in the processing of the concerned person personal data. Furthermore, the personal data of the persons concerned may be provided to public administration bodies and state authorities in accordance with special regulations. In the case of personal data processing on the basis of the consent of the data subject, until the time for which the consent was provided, resp. pending the withdrawal of such consent, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given prior to its withdrawal.
